We're a Non-Profit Organisation who focus on helping connect young talent and students with Bectu paid work. We do this by forming partnerships with production companies and schools, which allows us to get to know everyone involved, and pair the best workers with each production.

I'M AN INNOVATIVE DESIGNER AND DIGITAL ARTIST IN TOKYO. MY PASSION FOR MINIMALIST AESTHETICS, ELEGANT TYPOGRAPHY, AND INTUITIVE DESIGN SHINES THROUGH IN MY WORK.

On the side, we also often seek grant funding to allow us to provide even more opportunities for the talent we work with. Whether it be a workshop with a famous Director, or an opportunity to create a movie for a film festival, with the best industry professionals, and latest equipment, we will always be sure to do everything we can to ensure the success of the next generation.

At BW4E, our mission is to bridge the gap between talented young creatives and the opportunities they deserve within the media industry. Founded by Harry Rose, a young professional who has successfully navigated the industry through networking and partnerships, BW4E is committed to empowering the next generation of filmmakers. We connect students and emerging talents with clients who value high-quality work and are willing to pay Bectu-approved rates, ensuring that everyone is fairly compensated for their contributions. Our organization is driven by a passion to see young professionals succeed, focusing solely on their growth and development.
